Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 4–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Delays

Damaged or Lost Packages

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
