Refund policy


If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Any items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues (Defective Products)

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at carton25d@yahoo.com so we can evaluate the issue.

If a product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.


Refund Policy

🚫 Refunds are not allowed under normal circumstances.

Refunds are issued only in the following case:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the original product (subject to approval). Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.


European Union Policy

If your order is shipped to the European Union, please note that refunds are not offered, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon delivery. In such cases, a full refund will be issued after inspection.
